Renowned Italian chef Antonio Carluccio will be heading to Canberra as the celebrity ambassador for the Canberra and Capital Region Truffle Festival in July.
We are very excited to annouce that he will be visiting Fyshwick Markets on Sunday 27th July, touring the markets and stopping for tastings & a chat. He will also be available for booking signings & photos.

3seeds Truffle Master Class 3-6pm. $155 (Adult Student)

You will learn how to make most of your truffles in a variety of dishes. This is a hands on class which includes the recipes, wine and the meal at the end. All you need to bring is an apron. The dinner guest may arrive at the the tail end of the class, about 5pm to enjoy the meal & wine with the rest of the class and must be booked in at least 24hrs before the class. Hunt & Cook Package 11.30-1.30pm. $155pp.
This package starts off with a truffle hunt at French Black Truffles of Canberra with Jason & his labradors for one hour. You will then move onto a cooking demonstration at the shed on the farm with Andrew Haskins from 3seeds. Here he will demonstrate how to make the most of truffles in a variety of dishes. This is a 4 course lunch held at 3seeds in the boardroom. Wines will be available for purchase, supplied by Plonk.
1. A pillow of truffle scented puff, with slipper lobster tail, scallops & truffle butter.
2. A truffle Scented cannelloni with goats curd, morels and a champagne cauliflower truffle cream sauce.
3. Blanquette of truffled veal with a truffled parsnip timbale & sherry jus.
4. Chocolate truffle truffle with a shot of Spanish Sherry.
